Landscape Drawings

Landscape Drawings | Landscape Demolition | Irrigation Installation | Plant Installation | Wood Projects | Masonry Projects | Low Voltage Lighting | Garden Accents | Community Garden Installation | Water Reclamation Systems

Pine Hill Landscaping is a full service design/build contractor.  What this means for our clients, is that their project can be designed and installed by just one company.  This ‘streamlining’ usually saves time and money.

Concept Drawings:  Pine Hill Landscaping understands that home improvement decisions should only be made after a full understanding of the services to be provided.  A concept drawing is a rough sketch of the project site and the hardscape and plant locations proposed by the designer.  Concept drawings are not build-ready plans.  They are used to illustrate design ideas and to facilitate discussions between the contractor and the property owner.  The complexity and size of the proposed project will often determine whether concept drawings can be provided free of charge or whether a Concept Drawing Fee will be required prior to a concept drawing being drafted.

Landscape Design Drawings:  Pine Hill Landscaping has a trained landscape designer on its team to prepare build ready plans for your project.  These plans become part of the contract and are used by the construction crews and plant installers on the jobsite.  These plans always require a retainer (fee) to compensate the landscape designer for their time and work product.

Landscape Architectural Plans:  Pine Hill Landscaping also has a licensed architect on retainer to produce architectural drawings when local building codes require that a project be supported by technical drawings prepared by a licensed landscape architect.  Due to the detail of these plans, the price for architectural construction plans is always higher than that of landscape design drawings.  In an effort to keep project costs low, Pine Hill Landscaping will always limit their building plan drawings to design drawings when these are sufficient, and will always discuss these cost issues and options in advance with their clients.
