Preparing a job site for a new landscaping project can require considerable labor to remove old lawns, shrubs and trees as well as sidewalks, patio covers, and other hardscape features no longer wanted by the property owner.  Pine Hill’s design team will always take the time to carefully document what goes and protect what stays.  Be it a sentimental attachment to that old tree Grandpa planted in 1950 or that corner portion of patio slab that Tiffany and Jordan’s little handprints are in; Pine Hill will understand your feelings.

Demolition will often begin as early as one month prior to the installation of hardscape features, irrigation and plants.  Eliminating a Bermuda lawn, for example, can take many weeks to properly remove and large tree removal often requires the scheduling of subcontractor specialists.  When subcontractors are used during any phase of demolition, grading, construction or planting, the Pine Hill Project manager will work closely with them to ensure that the environment and the client’s property and are not damaged.
